As it was mentioned during the discussion, the necessity to adopt the bill (Reg. No. 1867) was caused by the adopted Law "On amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine on reforming inter-budgetary relations", the final version of which did not include a norm on funding comprehensive educational institutions of state form of ownership that are already functioning in Ukraine.
It was stressed that All-Ukrainian comprehensive educational institutions of state form of ownership have been funded from the State Budget of Ukraine and change of this funding will lead to their decline.
